Chinese cabbage salad with anchovies and apple.

Cabbage anchovies Salad In the traditional recipe used white cabbage, but I used Chinese cabbage because it has a milder flavor. I have also replaced the salted sardines (in spanish “sardinas de bota”) by anchovies in olive oil,  if you have these ingredients or like it, use them.

Ingredients:

  • 1/4 chinese cabbage
  • 2 Tomatoes
  • 1/2 Apple
  • 8 Anchovy fillets in oil
  • Salt
  • Olive oil
  • Vinegar
  • 1 tsp of paprika

Method:

Cut the cabbage into thin strips and wash. Peel the tomatoes and cut into cubes. Wash apple  and cut into thin slices. Combine cabbage and tomatoes, season with a little olive oil, vinegar, salt and paprika. Place in a dish, add the apple slices, anchovies and ready.
